Dark and gloomy and rainy here in Philadelphia- it’s especially difficult to stay awake and write today, and I have a submission due! This should do it: 1 grapefruit, 1 banana, 1.5 cups of frozen grapes (tastes like candy!), 3 frozen strawberries, a cup of kale, half a lemon, a cup of almond milk. Amazing vitamin C boost, and some added tryptophan to fight the blues from the grey weather. Tryptophan is the natural precursor of dopamine- a neurotransmitter in the brain responsible for that high we get when something great strikes. Enjoy!
